Sometimes it's annoying when something extremely bad
happens to us and someone shows up to say: don’t
worry, everything will be fine, while perhaps we lost someone very dear to
us, we are indebted to a debt that is beyond our capabilities or we lost faith
in God and lost all hope in the future.
- Don’t worry
(my friend), everything will work out.
Here comes again this phrase that everyone knows and
there we are again screaming on the inside, (sometimes we even externalize):
- How! How can
you say that everything will be fine if I just lost everything! If my world
fell apart! If my only solution seems to be suicide, How! What do you know
about the future, about pain, if you're in good grace so far from my disgrace?
And isn’t it that all ends up okay! Isn’t it that
everything "works out"! Isn’t it that these problems are overcome or
become bearable after a while!
Human capabilities are incredible and we don’t use
them in their entirety. If that debt was beyond our possibilities, we will strive,
we will work on how many shifts are necessary and because things change,
something good will emerge in the middle of all this effort (we may be
promoted) and then we will be able to pay the debt or at least to calm the
creditors. After all it wasn’t impossible.
If we lose our roof and our family, we will find
accommodation in a friend's house or under the bench of a garden, and we will
slowly regain our life, gain a new roof and with time a new family.
If a child is born orphan and without family, all alone,
life is not over for her or him, a lot can happen, (s)he can become a famous
doctor, architect, artist, entrepreneur or can live long years of struggle and
survival but also of joy and happiness, many friendships and various adventures
until (s)he dies of old age.
And even if we fail, if we are thrown into a prison,
if we have to be homeless, or we have to live like beggars, life is still
there, despite the constant struggle for survival, it is still possible to have
feelings and emotions such as joy, happiness, gratitude, love, friendship,
bravery, honor, and so many others that make human life a wonderful show.
Being alive and remaining alive must be our
only concern, don’t worry about the rest because everything will work out.
